Apparel
What brand of apparel do you use?
We primarily print on premium Gildan & Comfort Colors 1717 Softstyle apparel selected for its soft feel, comfortable fit, and long-lasting print quality. Some specialty items may use a comparable premium garment depending on availability.
Are your designs printed or embroidered?
Most of our apparel features professionally printed designs. Some hats and select products feature high-quality embroidery. Each product page clearly states the decoration method.
How do your products fit?
Our apparel generally fits true to size. For a relaxed fit, order your normal size. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up one size.
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How should I wash my apparel?
For the longest life:
• Turn inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold.
• Use mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly over the design.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to accurately represent every product. Because every monitor and mobile device displays colors differently, slight color variations may occur.
How long does shipping take?
Most apparel is printed after your order is placed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free U.S. Shipping on qualifying orders whenever available. Any current promotions are displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We work hard to keep our prices fair and cost down so please check the size and color of your order to avoid unecessary returns. Thank you, Sidney:)
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please:
• Check around your home.
• Ask neighbors.
• Contact your local carrier.
If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll gladly help.
Digital Downloads
When will I receive my files?
Immediately after purchase you'll receive a download link along with an email containing your files.
Can I print my planner?
Absolutely.
Our planners are designed to work beautifully both digitally and as printable pages.
Can I use my planner on an iPad or tablet?
Yes.
Our planners work with many popular PDF annotation apps including Goodnotes, Notability, Xodo, Drawboard PDF, and Adobe Acrobat.
Can I type into the planner?
Many of our planners include fillable fields. Others are designed for handwriting or annotation using your favorite PDF app.

Can I use my planner on my computer?
Yes.
You can view, print, and annotate your planner on Windows, Mac, tablets, and many mobile devices.
Can I share my files?
No.
Your purchase includes a personal-use license only.
Please do not share, resell, redistribute, or upload the files anywhere online.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded.
